YOUR FIRM, YOUR CHOICES
Connected.
With your control.
Choose the access you need
Mailbox reading and email sending are authorised separately. Calendar and meeting capture have their own setup and controls.
Keep advisers in control
File notes and follow-up emails are drafts to review. Automatic meeting summary and file-note drafting is opt-in.
A few useful answers.
Is this a complete Gmail inbox inside Advium?
No. Adviser mailbox sync keeps client-matched email context: subject, dates, addresses and a short snippet. It does not reproduce the full Gmail inbox, message bodies or attachments.
Can I send email from Advium?
The sending workflow uses separate Google send authorisation. Your firm’s setup must support it. Review the draft, recipient and wording before sending.
What is needed to connect?
Your firm’s Google connection must be configured and your mailbox authorised. Confirm access with Advium; this page does not claim Google Marketplace listing or availability for every Google account.
